Relationships in 2013 continue some of the main themes as last year, dear Libra, although this year the "ride" is a little easier. There continues to be an inclination to want to bring a casual relationship to a committed level for some of you, but committed partnerships require new "rules" and can be temperamental again this year.
Uranus in your partnership sector is a long-term influence that has the effect of shaking up your relationships and your expectations from companions. It's an area of life that can certainly be on shaky ground, but with extra care and knowledge, it can also be an exciting period.
Uranus' aspects this year are mostly challenging, suggesting some stress over relationships and acclimatization necessary for the changes taking place. You are required to change the rules of relationships, or eliminate them altogether. At the same time, you have to take care of yourself, so that a balance is maintained.
